As legal challenges mount in the courts over the legality of these games, legislators are doing their best to understand the issues and develop thoughtful policy to ensure a level playing field without stifling innovation.
The impact these issues have on the industry will be among the topics discussed at the NCLGS Summer Meeting, July 17-20, 2024, at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh. The Committee on Emerging Forms of Gaming will be chaired by Rep. Chris Kannady of Oklahoma, and panelists will include:
